Char Dham Yatra E-Pass is a pass system implemented by the Government of Uttarakhand. The purpose of this pass is to control and store data on the number of tourists visiting the Char Dham in Uttarakhand. The e-pass system helps manage many temple visitors. The registration process for Char Dham Yatra and Hemkund Yatra is mention below.
The process involves creating an account, selecting your travel date, and providing personal information. Once registration is complete, individuals will receive a confirmation. Only after registration he can make the necessary arrangements for transport and stay.
It is important to note that the E – Pass is valid only for once.
Step 1: Visit the Shri Badarinath Kedarnath Temple Portal of Uttarakhand Government, and click on Register!
Step 2: Click on the “Registration” tab and select the “New Registration” option.
Step 3: Enter the required information, like personal, contact details, and others.
Step 4: Upload the required documents like ID proof and one passport-size photograph.
Step 5: Once the registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the registration number.
Step 6: Take a printout of the confirmation email and carry it to the base camp (Rishikesh/ Haridwar/ Dehradun).
