About Paragliding in Shimla:
The paragliding location is village Seri. One needs to travel a distance of around 22 km from the Shimla Mall Road themselves by hiring a taxi or any other mode of transport. The trip begin as parachute strap attached to your body and then you have to run a short distance before attempting the actual fly. Depending on the wind conditions, you will be provided with a 15-20 minutes of a paragliding session.

- If cancellations are made within 30 days or prior, no cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount.
- If cancellations are made between 30-15 days, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made in less than 7 days, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- In the event of ‘No show’, No refund shall be made under any circumstances.

Paragliding is an activity subject to suitable weather and appropriate wind conditions. In winters, it is operated between 7:30 am – 11:00 am in the morning. And, in summers the best time to fly is usually in the afternoon between 3 pm – 6:30 pm.
Always wear comfortable shoes and clothing that is tight-fitting, such as pants or trousers, as you’ve to run a short distance before take-off and landing.
For videography, you have to pay an additional charge of Rs 500 per person. You will be provided with an action camera to record your flying experience. And you’ll get 30-35 pictures and 2-3 minute of video in the package.
