Important Things to Know before you go Rafting in Rishikesh:

  1. Wear your life jackets all time during rafting session.
  2. Follow the instructions of your guide and listen to their safety briefing.
  3. Keep your legs inside the raft and hold on to the handholds or rope.
  4. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather and water conditions. And always carry an additional pair of clothes.
  5. Apply a sun-screen to prevent sunburns.
  6. If needed, one can keep their luggage and other items at our rafting office.
  7. If you want video footage, you’ve to pay additional charges (around Rs 2000 for 8 people) before starting your rafting trip.
  8. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your departure time for a smooth rafting session.
  9. Non-Swimmers can also participate in river rafting in Rishikesh.
  10. Weather conditions or an increase in the Ganga river’s water level can cause the activity to be postponed. An alternate schedule will be provided after discussing it with you. Else full refund will be processed.

Booking Terms

To book this trip you’ve to pay 40% of the total booking amount. After which you’ll receive a confirmation shortly. Rest amount has to be paid on arrival day before starting the mentioned trip.

Cancellation Terms

  1. If cancellations are made within 30 days or prior, no cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount.
  2. If cancellations are made between 30-15 days, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
  3. If cancellations are made in less than 7 days, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
  4. In the event of ‘No show’, No refund shall be made under any circumstances.

Refund Terms

Once cancelled, any refunds would be processed in original payment method in 10 working day.
