Confirmation Policy: The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 1 hour of a successful booking.

In case the preferred camp slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy: Refund will be provided within 3 business days.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellations are made within 15 days or prior, no cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount.

(b) If cancellations are made between 15-7 days, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

(c) If cancellations are made in less than 7 days, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

Note: In Any circumstances which are out of our controls like an earthquake, weather conditions i.e., the rise in water level in the river. Your trip activity or whole trip can be cancelled.
